Choice One Insurance has reopened its office in Cutler Bay.

We are committed to maintaining a healthy and safe environment for everyone, so please take note of the following before coming by:

1. All in-person visits are by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please call (305) 252-1873.
2. All clients and visitors must wear a mask upon entering our building. Clients and visitors should also use the hand sanitizer provided at the main entrance.
3. Please refrain from coming into our office if:
   
   • You are feeling ill
   • You are running a fever
   • You have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the previous 30 days

There may be additional changes to our office policies and procedures as the situation surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic evolves.
